Welcome to the Heart of America Glass Collectors Club!


We are happy that you have chosen to visit our website.  Our desire is to share the enjoyment of learning about glass and pottery.


Club Info

The Heart of America Glass Collectors (HOAGC) is a club located in the greater Kansas City area.  The club was founded in 1977.  Its purpose is to acquire a broader knowledge of glassware manufactured during the Depression and Post-Depression eras.  The not-for-profit club actively promotes the preservation and collecting of American-made glassware and pottery of the 20th century through instruction, discussion, study, and presentation.

Glass Show Info

The Heart of America Glass Collectors sponsors a Vintage Glass and Pottery Show and Sale twice a year at the historic Sermon Center in Independence, Missouri.  The Sermon Center is at the intersection of Noland Road and Truman Road in Independence. 

The next show will be held on September 27th & 28th, 2019.

2019 NDGA Convention

The Heart of America Glass Collectors is the host club for the National Depression Glass Association's 45th Annual Convention, Glass Show, and Sale at the Pavilion at John Knox Village in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.    Mark your calendars for July 13th & 14th, 2019!
